A message dated June 14, 2004, was received June 18 stating the                                     
Governor has signed the following bill and is transmitting the                                      
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for                               
permanent filing:                                                                                   
                                                                                                    
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 339(JUD)                                                    
    "An Act relating to opt-out marketing plans for sales, to free trial                            
    periods for goods or services, and to acts that are unlawful as
